Bringing it!! Haha:) Today is the first day of the 2nd week of the program. Certainly felt better than the first day, so that is awesome. First week was pretty alright. Yesterday was day 2 and it’s day 3 today. just finished the day’s workout a while ago. Shoulders, arms and abs today. Pretty alright. Day 1 All Over Again
Yup. Started doing p90x again. Decided to do the Classic program instead of the Lean one this time. Have to really stick to this to keep in track with my goals. MUST. This will certainly be a test of discipline and commitment. I aim to start finishing things I started.
